Mr. Joseph Marx Zagbuor is a Ghanaian entrepreneur whose journey from sole proprietor to Group CEO embodies the spirit of African resilience. His hands-on experience across automotive, finance, and trade — combined with a global network spanning Dubai, Singapore, and beyond — has shaped Solaze Group into a uniquely positioned holding company that understands both local realities and international standards.

From the Streets to the Ecosystem
A two-decade journey of resilience, learning, and unwavering belief in African potential.
Started with a small printing press serving schools across Ghana — learning the fundamentals of business, service, and resilience.
Registered first company. Walked the streets of Accra listing cars on Tonaton, building trust one customer at a time with zero capital.
Opened first automotive facility — discovered firsthand the market's deep problems: odometer fraud, counterfeit parts, untrustworthy insurance, and no path to ownership.
Moved to Dubai after business setbacks. Expanded financial engineering network, sourced equity, and spent 5 years writing the blueprint for an integrated ecosystem.
Returned to Ghana and incorporated Solaze Group Ltd as a holding company — restructuring earlier businesses into a cohesive, professionally governed entity.
Launched Africa's first fully integrated automotive-fintech-mobility platform: Autosleek, MOOLA, FlexiCOVER, SleekDrive, HOP-IN, UNLOCK+, and AAIMB.

Sourced funding for Uganda Coffee Federation, infrastructure in Angola, mining in Congo & Guinea Conakry, and projects across Kenya.
